Mr. Sylvain Lachance has been a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants as CPA CMA since 1998 and member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals since 2001 as CIRP. He has been a Licensed Insolvency Trustee since 2002.

Mr. Lachance works in the personal and commercial insolvency sectors, whether as a licensed insolvency trustee in the context of bankruptcy, division I proposal or as an advisor in bank guarantees valuation files, as negociator in reorganization files or as an expert witness in the context of fraudulent bankruptcy. A recognized professional in his community, Mr. Lachance has been a member of the Lévis Chamber of Commerce since 2005 and a member of the board of directors of the Quebec Licensed Insolvency Trustees Board since 2012.
