Mr. Guillaume Therrien has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Laval University which he completed in 2001. In 2003, he became a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants as CPA CMA. In 2010, he became a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals as CIRP and obtained a Licensed Insolvency Trustee licence.

Mr. Therrien has worked in the field of restructuring and insolvency since 2001 and he has acted in several mandates of commercial and personal insolvency, insolvent estates, liquidations and reorganizations. During his career, he has also worked in various mandates as provisional administrator and claims manager for the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents (CFCTA). Mr. Therrien stands out by his rigour, his transparency and his professionalism.
