Mr. Claude Moisan has been a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants as CPA CA since 1992 and a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals since 1998 as CIRP. He has been a Licensed Insolvency Trustee since 1998.

Mr. Moisan enjoys a solid reputation in large-scale and complex commercial matters whether as a receiver, licensed insolvency trustee or business advisor. His knowledge and skills as a negotiator are also used in personal insolvency cases, whether in the context of a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal. Mr. Moisan is also accredited by the federal government to work as third-party manager of aboriginal reserves in financial difficulty.
